I have forgotten my password

Check which system you access first:-

If not please contact your local admin via this link and they will be able to confirm your email address, user ID & password.

My account says it has been closed

The system administrator controls whether your account should be closed or active.

Please find their contact details via this link  if you feel it has been closed in error.

I have forgotten my user ID

You can login with your email address. If this is no good please contact your local admin via this link and they will be able to confirm email address and user ID.

No course when logging in (not enrolled)

When your account is added to the system your local administrator will have sent you a guide on how to enroll onto the course. Please check guides via this link on how to enroll. If this does not resolve your issue please contact your local admin via this link.

You are not able to print certificate

You cannot print from the PDF document or from the Learning Management System.

Possible issues
Issues with your printer or the drivers that control the printer.
 
Options available to you
Forward to another PC to print or use another printer.
You have not received your certificate for an online course

Please allow 2 working days for your certificate to be emailed and placed in your account.

If there is an evaluation attached to the course then the 2 day period only starts after the evaluation is completed.

The evaluation only displays dates and no launch button

The evaluation will only display in your account for 4 weeks at which point will be removed. If the course was dependant on the evaluation being done it will mean you will not get a certificate. It will also mean you won't be able to access your certificate from your History tab. For further support please contact your local admin via this link. 

My place has not be saved [Bookmark]

 

Each course has a built in bookmark. the bookmark will appear when you revisit the course as a pop up. You will have two option 
 
1. Go to last place visited 
2. Start from the beginning.
 
Sometimes learners selected option 2 by mistake. If you are unsure whetherit is working on your course, you can test the bookmarking functionality by going onto the next page, closing the course and reopening it. 
If you would like support getting back to the same page you were on please send information to support.
 
We need to know 
 
Your name, email, user ID , which course you are on and describe the page you were last on.
 
We will then log into your account and reset it for you.

Course is stuck on 50%

If you feel you have completed the course and when you exit it still says 50% please email

support@activemindsolutions.co.uk  with your user ID and the course you are having an issue with.

The launch page is frozen and won’t display the course

Please ensure you are not trying to connect using remote access. Please access the site direct using https://www.artemis-online.org.uk. If you still have an issue please email

support@activemindsolutions.co.uk  with your user ID and the course you are having an issue with.

White screen when course launched (internet/flash issue)

This will be mainly due to the internet dropping momentarily. Please try and launch the course again and or test it on another PC or another Internet feed. If this does not work please email support@activemindsolutions.co.uk with your user ID and the course you are having an issue with.

The course runs very slow

You need to ensure your computer has at least the following specification:

   
   
Processor: 800 Mhz
Operating System: Windows 2000, XP, Vista, OSX
Flash player: 8,9
Browser: IE 6.x and above, Firefox 2.x and above
RAM: 128 minimum, 512 recommended
Screen Resolution: Depends on stage dimensions of published content, but 1024 x 768 and above is recommended.
IPAD & IPHONE use

Artemis courses are not compatible with IOS (iPhone/iPad), however are compatible with the Android platform.

My user ID needs changing

 Your local administrator manages your account. Please contact them in the first instance.
